Julien Allegre works mainly with used metal, transforming oil cans and barrels into sculptures. He contorts the metal to give it movement and structure to the volumes. He prepares his sculptures to interact with outdoor space and time, allowing natural erosion to add an aesthetic dimension to the metal.
