Thoma Ryse integrates free, gushing forms, representing emotions and impulses, with reflective geometric shapes, symbolizing reason and mastery. The vortex motif and circular energy are frequent, giving the painted surface an impression of movement and inner life. His drawing is marked by great suppleness, evoking the circulation of the living – biomorphism – whether on a microscopic or cosmic scale.
