Dans la nuit les cauchemars

‘Métamorphose des corps’ (Metamorphosis of Bodies) is a series of photographs in which Alain Schwarzstein explores the expressive power of the body, its fragility and its ability to reinvent itself. Through the use of framing, lighting and textures, the silhouettes are transformed into almost abstract forms, oscillating between reality and imagination. Coming from the world of cinema, the artist transposes his sense of staging to create poetic images in which each body becomes a territory of transformation, dreams and intimate projection.
