Rita salue Gilda

The photographs in Alain Schwarzstein’s Ghosts in Street Art series offer a vibrant dialogue between the walls of a ruined building covered in graffiti, a former nightclub, and the great figures of cinema, like benevolent ghosts returning to haunt the place.
Between photography and visual arts, his photographs play on colour, the texture of the walls and the almost spectral presence of the characters, as if cinema were prolonging the life of street art before it disappears.
